How do I change my order?

What about the items showing as backorders on my order?

our products are sometimes backordered. In this case we will notify you when it is expected to be restocked. You can then decide if you want to wait for the item or you would like a refund.

How do I cancel an order?

On receipt of a final order we do processing immediately. It will usually be completed within the day, and be sent for delivery that day or the next. If you want to cancel an order, it might be possible if you contact us 0638804958 on the day of ordering. Please note: To best serve our customers we process orders immediately upon receipt. During the checkout process you may make changes to your order but once it has been submitted, your order cannot be altered. Our goal is to make sure that when you place your order we begin processing it right away to provide you the best service and quickest delivery.

Do you send order confirmations?

Yes, as soon as an order is placed you will get an order confirmation from the website to show what you have ordered an how to make payment. Should you not get a confirmation, please also check your spam folder. If its not there either then please contact us so that we can resend it for you.

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?

Unfortunately we only deliver within South Africa. If you do not live in South Africa but would like to place an order, please feel free to do so BUT either supply us with an address within South Africa that we can send your order to (and where you can arrange delivery outside of South Africa yourself)

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can order online and pay for your order and collect from us at 29 lennox road, Germiston Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm.

How much is delivery fee?

The standard cost for delivery varies between R90 - R130, depending on delivery address. Due to variable costs of fulfillment, Bee Baking Solutions reserves the right to charge a supplementary courier fee for orders heavier than 15kg, larger than 50x50x62 cm or that require outlying regional delivery. Should the above apply to your order, WE will contact you with a quote.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes approximately 3-10 working days, depending on delivery address, from the time we have received your proof of payment. Once your order has been processed we send you your waybill number to track your parcel.

Returns and exchanges

With a valid reason and proof of purchase it is possible, however the customer will have to pay for the courier fees. For a product to be accepted for exchange it must be in the original package and sent to us within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately,for all edibles we do not take returns. The reason is that once your order has left our store it is mostly beyond our control. If we do we would be unable to take accountability for what might have happened to them after leaving our warehouse. We trust you understand this decision.
